Races start from 9.30am, 5k and 10k from 10am.

You will be set off in waves according to your finish time, the start times will be sent out to you with your race pack the week before the event.

Plenty of Parking


There will be plenty of parking available in the football field, with an overflow option at Home & Terrace.

Please follow the signs and the marshals instructions  to make sure you end up in the correct place.

There is a voluntary donation for the car parking with all funds going towards the football pitch upkeep, so please bring some spare change!


We will be posting out all race numbers in the week before the event to minimise mixing and queueing in the race morning.


If you are unable to compete you may be able to receive a refund up to 4 weeks before race day.

Within 4 weeks we will not be able to offer a refund, however you may transfer your entry to someone else up to 7 days before the event.


You can transfer your entry to someone else up to 14 days before the event. You may also transfer your entry between the 10k and 5k. Please email info@quendonandricklingrunfest.co.uk.


Running with dogs is not permitted. All dogs on and around the event area must be kept on a lead at all times due to the number of small children around.


There will be facilities available at the school and at the pub.


The course will be well marshalled. We rely on volunteers to make this event possible, so if you would like to help out in any way then please email info@quendonandricklingrunfest.co.uk.

Any inappropriate or aggressive behaviour towards the event staff or event marshals will not be tolerated and will be strictly dealt with.


The course will be fully marked with km markers, and will be marshalled, however it is your responsibility to know the route. The event organisers will not accept responsibility for anyone failing to follow the correct route for whatever reason.

The course is accurately measured and marked out however due to discrepancies in GPS devices the organisers can not be held responsible for any small variances in the event distance.


Unfortunately this year we wont be operating a bag drop facility on the race day. There will be space where you can leave belongings if you need to, however the organisers accept no responsibility for loss or damage to any property.


Depending on the restrictions and guidelines we may not be able to offer water on the course. Please bring your own water for the race if you need it, and also for the start and finish.


We will have a designated medical assistance in the event area. If you require any medical assistance please see a marshal or a member of the race team.


It is your responsibility to determine if you are physically able to compete in the event.
